Oct. 13 | Pre-Halloween Bash in Guelph

On Saturday, October 13, the Chapters in Guelph, Ontario, is hosting a massive Pre-Halloween Bash, and I’ll be one of the Halloween-themed authors in attendance at this spooks-travaganza of authors, filmmakers, presses and more.

From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Chapters Guelph (435 Stone Road West, in the Stone Road Mall) will be Halloween Central, crammed with all things dark and terrifying. I’ll be doing some drawing demonstrations and signing copies of The Dead Kid Detective Agency, alongside fellow authors like Liisa Ladouceur (Encyclopedia Gothica), Mary Mansour (Night’s Gift) and Maureen McGowan (Sleeping Beauty: Vampire Slayer). ECW Press, my fine publisher, will also be in attendance, as will local genre film production company, Black Fawn Films. On top of that, the event also features prizes from Random House Canada and Rue Morgue and a giant mouse named Geronimo Stilton.

If you want to know more check out this video the organizers at Chapters Guelph made.
