ECW Press and I are launching my young adult book at an adult-only event on Thursday, September 29, at the wonderful bar, No One Writes to the Colonel (460 College Street)  and we’d love for you to join us.  While you may not have an affinity for novels for younger readers, please keep in mind the book is super-morbid and references everything from A-ha to Phoebe Cates. So maybe you’ll enjoy it, too. Or pass it on to your child/niece/nephew/cousin/Little Brother/Little Sister/neighbourhood scamp.

What will happen at this launch?

1) The ebullient Erin Balser will ask me questions (presumably about the book) and I will answer them to the best of my ability.
2) I will shake your hand firmly and give you a solid 5 seconds of eye contact (minimum).
3) Hopefully no kids will actually die.
